By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions and I will assume you have read the following:* Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at anytime.
* I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
* All artwork is digital.
-I will draw: fanart, OCs, photograph references
-I will not draw: mecha, NSFW and fetish art, background heavy scenes, hateful art
-Negotiable: Gore, furries, intricate scenes/characters
* If you give me a coloured reference photo, you may request a few colour changes if its major issue, however i cannot guarantee the colours will be as accurate as you want and Im not at fault for anything you dont tell me.
* You must be specific with what you want, and provide as much visual reference or written descriptions as you can.
* Revisions and edits past 5 asks may add onto the cost, requesting a completely different scene past 2 asks may also add onto the price
-Excessive edits and changes may add onto the price (when i say excessive, I mean EXCESSIVE [asking for a completely new scene multiple times over, asking to change the character multiple times over, asking for extra detail that has not been paid for nor discussed previously]Payment: Payments will be accepted through PayPal ONLY for now (other options may become available) . I require full payment before starting a commission. Once I accept your commission, I will send an invoice or a payment button via PayPal. Once paid, I will start your commission. If not paid in full or at all within a reasonable amount of time, I will have to cancel the commission.Deadlines: Deadlines will depend on what kind of drawing you request, at minimum, it will be a week. You may request a work in progress at any time. If I do not finish within the estimated time we discuss, or I do not get back to you, you may request a refund.Refunds: You may receive a full refund only if I have not started your commission within a week. If I have started your commission and you request a refund, I will issue a partial refund based on how much work is done. If I cannot finish your commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded in full. No refunds will be issued once artwork has been completed.Usage Policy: My artwork is for personal use only. No commercial use of my artwork is allowed. I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it; if you would like your commission to be private, please let me know!NOT ALLOWED: Using my artwork for NFTs or crypto projects, putting my work through AI or any AI training tool, taking credit for my work and or heavily editing the piece without my permission.Thank you for you commission
